Track sleep with your Apple Watch automatically. No buttons to press. Just wear your Watch to bed and wake to insightful sleep analysis and personalized feedback. Automatically log your data. Follow your sleep trends with powerful charting tools. Don't have an Apple Watch? Sleep Watch can be used without a Watch by logging your sleep manually.

1. Wear your Apple Watch to bed (do not enable Power Reserve)
2. Upon waking, check the Watch or iPhone app to see your auto-detected sleep details; that's it!
3. Opt to confirm or adjust your auto-detected sleep times in the iPhone app to help us build you a smarter sleep detection algorithm

We recommend scheduling 'Do Not Disturb' to turn on automatically during your typical sleeping hours to prevent any Watch notifications from disturbing your sleep. This can be done in the iPhone Watch App > My Watch > General > 'Do Not Disturb' section. We also recommend enabling 'Theatre Mode' while asleep to keep your Watch screen dark until waking.

Good, but...

This could be a great sleep tracking app, except for a few serious problems. First, privacy. Sleep is an incredibly personal thing, and the company hasn’t clearly told us where and how our data is being stored, or who’s got access to it except for mentioning “third parties” in their privacy policy. I assume it’s not too bad, since it’s a medical company and an Apple app, but they could do more to reassure us. Also, useless functions. I’m not sure what an account does, besides putting an email address with the data and making it even less private, because iCloud saves our sleep data. The Discover tab does nothing but crash the app. Finally, despite several emails, I’ve never received any replies, support is apparently nonexistent.

Great app with beautiful data

Recently moved from FitBit to the Watch 3 and was missing the feature to monitor my sleeping patterns.
This app has been a brilliant solution, works completely automatically, delivers beautiful visual read outs of sleep information and helpful features to help you keep track of your sleeping habits. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the Watch. Not sure how well t would work on the iPhone without being able to read your heartrate!

I like it

I use it every night. I have one problem in that I am unable to tell you what I think - why - when I clicked on it - it says you don’t have my email address and to go and add it. But it’s there. Please sort it out for me.

The other thing I would like - when I get asked why I didn’t have a good night - I don’t have an option with a box to say why? I know why but it’s none of the choices. So it doesn’t help me. Can we just have a box to write in a few words please
