Are you kidding me. £399 for this sleep app? Who are you marketing this at? It’s not the average Joe is it? If I had sleep problems before they’d be worse thinking about how I would put food on the table after paying for this. I looked at this app as a potential to recommend to clients managing low mood or anxiety. I have yet to meet one who could afford this. Make it more accessible, for the many, not the few!

It might get more stars if I could log in!

I was not happy at the idea of an app that only lets you log in via third parties but I need no have worried. Repeated attempts (so many that Google threatened to log me out) just told me I’d made an error with my p/w. That can’t have been right as I got an email from G saying I’d just logged in from a new device!
I’d give no stars if I could as it does not seem useable

I used Sleepio as part of the research for setting up the App. I can't comment on the final resulting App and the issues experienced by others but can only assume it's initial teething issues. I would advise people to keep an eye out for improved versions as these are ironed out.
I found this app an absolute pleasure and miracle worker. It explains why you may have issues and the workings of your body in terms of sleep. It provides practical tools and offers great support.
I had suffered terrible sleep problems for two years following the loss of a loved one. This app sorted out my sleep within a few months. Since then I have been diagnosed with two auto immune diseases which continue to affect my sleep, the tools provided in this app helped me to tackle this head on and ensure my sleeping patterns remained healthy.
I genuinely for understand the poor reviews as this worked brilliantly for me. Maybe revisit the app once teething issues noted by others have been reviewed and resolved?
