I have tried to use the snag id app and can’t write new reports as the titles have almost become invisible why is this

What a piece of software app. £9.99
I have used company software before, which has been designed bespoke but this does everything that the others with very little effort.
I was so impressed how easy to set up and use.
The reports, which in my experience have been hard work are so simple and effective.
The ability to set the front page up with company logos make it look like a bespoke package.
