soundjack let’s you pick and play music in a venue. The play can be free or paid and the venue can be anywhere from a pub to a shopping centre. We at soundjack believe that customers expect to control the music in every venue they visit. There’s a new way to play music - soundjack it.
For a start we have introduced Recommendations on the Home Page so users can pick a track with 2 clicks rather than 5. These Recommendations are using a clever algorithm to pick music you like and want to play. It also acts as a “discovery” list for new and exciting artists that the venue wants you to hear. We have also introduced a History button with easy editing functionality so you can see all the tracks you have played in venues around the country and share this with friends via Facebook and Twitter. Because you asked for it we’ve also begun listing all the venues we support in the Change Venue screen so you can see them if they are on and offline.

Offline more than on line... save your money
Brilliant app for the infrequent occasions it works . Have put a fair amount of ‘cash’ into credits, that haven’t been able to spend for last few months due to venue being offline. Nothing to do with the venue -even the landlady is cursing as she has money wrapped up in it also. Sort it out Soundjack!!
It costs more than putting money in the jukebox. It’s just stupid. Also when you email for answers you do not get a reply.
Confusion over cost of actual Tracks
I brought a £5 bundle which gave me 50 credits. However the app does not tell you the charge for each track properly. I have found out that the tracks on the app actually cost more than it does off the physical juke box, with one track costing 3 credits and then the next one costing 5....
The app needs updating to show the venue costs on the music screen to make things clearer.

Operators confused on how to handle my query, eventually they put me through to someone who knows about the problem, but explains it’s a “flat rate they charge”. It’s very misleading, and he application does not tell you what your actually paying. Would not recommend installing until a app overhaul is done.
