The year is 2314. When a tiny asteroid falls to earth in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, it brings with it a MYSTERIOUS ALIEN VIRUS. Over the next few months, farmers and scientists around the world begin to notice a curious phenomenon - mushrooms are turning black, and dying!

Ratings and Reviews
Well worth it.
A great game, one of the few RTS's that actually are. Humorous till the end and with a interface I can get to grips with.
However there are one or two gripes- their is a glitch when if their's a battle that you lose and you don't see it, when you next look at the area you can see enemy units. Small glitch but still.
More seriously is the lack of level editing, which is surprising considering how easy it would be to implement. Another one is a casual play mode- again a obvious thing to implement and would extend the livelihood of the game by centuries if aff
Lo-res hi-playability
Retro gaming fun in a C&C style. Frustrating at times but ultimately satisfying level of difficulty. Would be perfect if the units could improve and gain veteran status. Neat game with serious repeat play potential. Terrible 8-bit graphics but who cares when you keep coming back for more? Nice work.
The poor AI screws me up
Well its kinda fun, but really frustrating how stupid your units are.. Harvesters getting stuck somehow while they drop off their mushrooms, harvesters going into the enemy base... units attacking everything they see because of a lack of a 'hold position' command (seriously the game would be easy as pie if it had that) really annoying having to babysit your units or else they do something stupid and you lose
