Great custom service

First of all the app is easy to use and has great search and filter features. The rewards system is also very nice and encouraging.

I think we’ve all had times when we can’t make it to a show and want to make amendments to our bookings. It happened to me recently due to train strikes. At first I couldn’t find any contact number for this matter so I called the theatre up, who told me to go back to the original point of purchase, so I went back to the app and it took me a while to find an email address. Hopeless, I emailed them hoping to get a response. To my surprise, pleasantly, the staff replied rather promptly and did their best to help me. In the end, they had my booking rescheduled super efficiently. This experience alone was worth a five-star!

Definite must have!

Having all performances and ratings centralised in one app has helped me discover plays which were amazing but I didn’t know about! The “instant book” functionality is also really helpful as it lets out instantly book plays without having to spend ages trying to figure out where to book from. All in all, excellent application and highly recommended if you don’t want to miss out on great theatre plays!

House of Commons by Luke Culloty

A wonderful ensemble piece wherein each actor plays an integral part . From the flighty Cynthia (Lily Waplington) and the brooding volatile Tina (Ruby Herrington) via the flamboyant Jude (Jay Lafayette Coward) to the smouldering psychopathic performances of Peta (Nomi Bailey) and Andre (Luke Culloty) the newcomer Lana (Sarah Collins-Walters) whose crime is revealed throughout the play, this is a well written character study of the impact their crimes have on them.

All 6 actors are integral to the success of the piece and particularly those of Lily, Nomi, Ruby and Luke remain with you when discussing the play afterwards. Their emotionally controlled performances are unsettling.

I am really looking forward to the next play by Split Note Theatre Company and to see where these talented six actors go next.
