Very well done - needs more to come
Wow, this game is very interesting from both a narratological point of view and a general game play point of view.
Mini games within battles is a nice touch but you should concentrate on bringing out more ships, equipment and crew interaction protocols. It would be useful for a player to be able to save positions for crew members on a ship and "hot key" them instead of moving them one by one.
The sprites are very well done and the humour is compelling, I would suggest looking at FTL on steam for some mechanic improvement ideas.
All in all I would fully recommend getting this game, with some more content and further development I wouldn't be surprised to see it on steam green light next year
Keep at it guys, good job.
Feels like a demo for a full game
The campaign is short, the ship selection limited, galaxy exploration restricted... Playing the game I was constantly waiting for it to open up and allow me to do my own thing, but instead the campaign just repeats itself. The gameplay itself is enjoyable, and the dialogue and story is good (although it gives you the illusion of choice when actually you're on a set path), but it needs to be expanded on! I was surprised when I saw this has been out for over a year now, so I won't be holding out much hope, which is a shame because the game is so promising.
It is an amazing game for an app!
However, what you see in the photos are not in the real game :(
