Fab little app
Have tried quitting smoking before and failed miserably. Didn’t have a lot of faith in the app and didn’t see how it would help...but it did!! 48 days and counting now. The money saver is great and the bits of info you get each day really really help. Would highly recommend if you wana give up smoking
40 days and still going
Really effective and helpful when used with other nicotine replacement therapy. Love the savings calculator and ability to upload photos to remind you why your doing it. Hope not to need it next year.
Done the job
Disturb her serve me well I've put up a photo of me and my granddaughter. And every time I got to crave I looked at it and said to myself I want to see her get married and have children of her own then the crave went away. One step at a time👍🏾
