Less stressed already!

A great tool, and useful information guide, giving some great tips and re-assuring advice that just by accessing has helped me diffuse the stressed rut I was in. Doing their assessment (the scores of which are tracked on a graph over time) made me realised I wasn't quite as stressed as I thought. Maybe going through the process of analysing my life over the last month helped me gain perspective, and therefore my feelings of overwhelming anxiety or stress dissipated a tad. For this alone it's well worth the £2.99.
