Great so far!

5 workouts in and the app is great! I bought the power pack which gives access to everything and removes any confusion or thought required, just open app and lift as instructed! The power pack allows a plate calculator and a warm up calc which are helpful but not essential! Would recommend for beginners and experienced alike!

Perfect for all levels

It's a brilliant app and workout. I'm getting stronger every week and it gives me the motivation to workout. In the beginning the workouts are done in 30 minutes which is perfect for me and using the app to mark each set done is fantastic. Highly recommended.
