* Improved design of the log workout screen to increase usability
* Removed sidebar menu. Moved all workout options in a new bottom toolbar. You can now delete/switch/edit workouts and add a note from here.
* Update top bar log workout screen. You can now mark the workout done and change the workout date from here.
* We also removed the sidebar from the main homescreen as it no longer had a purpose. You can access settings straight from the top bar.
* Plus the usual small stability fixes and improvements

Fantastic.

This is the only workout app I've ever used that I let do some of the thinking for me. I trust that it will increase the weights at the right times and tells me the test periods I need. It adjusts the workout based on progress. On top of that this workout has taken me from completely unmotivated to feeling irritated the days I'm not in the gym. Night and day difference from a month ago.

As for the apple health comment, I've found that it will only work if don't click on the next workout until you are actually doing it (don't look ahead). If you click on the workout days in advance (to have a look) it will assume the workout happened when you first clicked on it, not when you actually completed it days later.

Good but ..

Great app in general. Couple of things I don't like. 1) I want to be able to add a few specific exercises and can only add their preselected exercises. 2) I would like to be able to add some higher reps as a finishing set on stuff like calves and you can't. Having notes on each workout visible would be useful. Other than that, it's brilliant.

Good app, Apple Health sync unreliable

Execellent app overall, good exercise plan and help and warm-up info. However Apple Health sync is unreliable and often does not sync exercises to my activity tracking, which is quite disappointing especially when I spent £10 primarily for that functionality
