Great app, especially for beginners

This is a great app for beginners to Keto. I have learned were I was going wrong, especially with my macros, and my carbs especially being way more than I thought. I now measure my portion of ingredients whereas before I guessed. It’s great to have on my iPad and iphone so I can just add what I’ve eaten and drank during the day. I no longer need to think what I had for lunch and how many macros are left, as it’s all worked for me. Couldn’t be easier. You have a choice to upgrade or stay with the free app, I have just used it for free but may pay the one off fee of 9.99 as I go on. Good luck with your journey 🤗

Love love love it

Simply stupid simple! I can’t recommend this app highly enough. Also, the customer service is fantastic. I’ve had one question which was answered within an hour or so (and the answer was in front of my face in the app the whole time) and I also needed to change my start date with out losing my entries and they did that for me too.

Tracking macros is hard. If you’re committed it is going to take some time out of your life, but this app is as easy as it gets. Everything I wish it could do, it turns out, it does. It only took me a few days to become a pro. Can’t say that for My Fitness Pal. (That app drove me nuts. So tedious). In this app logging everything from meals to weight to pics, notes- it’s all super fast AND you can export all of it. It’s the app I would make. Someone really thought about this. Can’t fault it for anything. You will have a much better chance of success if tracking macros is easy and, dare I say, fun. So yourself a favor and try it out. :)

I’ve tried them all

I’ve tried every Keto, food logging app on the market, free and paid, this is hands down the best for fast and efficient logging. Adding quick fats carbs and proteins is a genius idea and even adding new items is faster than other apps.

Why only 4 stars? Because there a slight UI issues that prevent this app from being perfect. E.g. When I want to add a value say 105.8 I have to type 105 and then use the selection wheel to get to the .8 - it’s a minor inconvenience and won’t stop me from using the app but it’s annoying and unnecessary.

Also moving meals around between breakfast lunch and dinner should be draggable, selection wheels by definition are clunky and slow.

Overall though, once you get the hang of it, this app even with its minor flaws will still allow you to log food faster than any other.
