► The free trial period lasts for 7 days.
► Once the trial period has finished, the length of the subscription will be 1 month.
►Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at £1.99/a month unless the subscription is canceled through App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Account Settings after purchase.

Not a bad VPN
As far as VPNs go it isn’t bad. Easy to install and use and integrates well with IOS. For me I purchased this to use whilst abroad to access Netflix and other streaming services. On the whole this is a fairly good app and works with the majority of streaming services (Netflix, prime and apple), however, this will not work with paramount plus. I did have one or two drop outs but I put this down to the hotel wifi which is hit and miss.
If they manage to solve the paramount plus streaming issue I would have given it 5 stars, but until this is sorted I suspect it will be a deal breaker for a few. It can be done as Nord vpn seems to have got around this issue.
Extremely poor customer response and functionality
I’ve been using this vpn for over one year but recently have had very annoying functionality. Since Apple upgraded to version 11 my IPad constantly drops connection with the internet. I have to go into settings and using the slider to ‘wake’ up the vpn to force the connection on. This can be over 20 times per day. I’ve contacted Surfeasy twice about this with no response at both the onset of the problem and only yesterday. Clearly they are uninterested or incapable of rectifying the incompatibility of Surfeasy with version 11 of IOS. In between I’ve had BT check the internet connection twice and it has been optimized. I’ve changed my router and have tested all other possible alternative explanations. I’ve turned it off and there’s been no more disconnections. It is extremely frustrating to have such a compromise of functionality without any potential solution. So as I indicated To Surfeasy in my request for assistance yesterday I’m off to another vpn and I recommend that you steer clear unless you won’t be using this on an iPad.
Just one tiny thing would make this app perfect...
Please, please, please update it to work in landscape mode for us iPad users! I never, ever use my iPad in portrait mode and have the orientation locked to landscape mode, so to have this app open ‘sideways’ for me, is pretty jarring and ruins the seamless transition between apps when I have to pause and either turn the iPad around or tilt my head sideways. Other than that, amazing, amazing app that I will forever use!
