A really awesome app
I hope people can take surveys directly from the website and app as a social media platform.
Pricing
I don’t need a monthly subscription, I just needed one survey. I have to pay essentially £100 to see more than 40 responses. I think you should introduce a weekly option at a fraction of the price because obviously we don't all need that much time or have that much of a budget. I get that you want as much income as possible but surely it doesn’t affect your business that much to offer more than literally two options to customers, as you’d still have an income from us using you. Now I’m in a position where I need to try find another survey I can send to move people, midway my research.
Worst customer service
It’s weird not to notify customers if we want to continue subscription or not and just automatically charge. I remember opting to be sent notice before billing. It’s really unfair because I’m not using it. I and already paid so much for surveymonkey audience. And did not want to continue using it anymore. Perhaps to you 35£ is small but for student like me it matters a lot. I guess that’s expected for companies like you to have this kind of customer service. The only response I get is it’s your policy.
By that I mean no customer service at all and you don’t care about your customers. I chose you despite being double the price of others available because of your advertisement in social media appearing to be someone who cares about customers however I’m really disappointed.
I permanently deleted my account and in the future I will definitely recommend not to use your platform to my future colleagues boss company and schoolmates .
