SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Great app. Nitpicking for future updates

I love Sweat and have been using it for years but would like a few tweaks before giving it a 5* rating... Most importantly: Would love a resistance option to focus on Posture please! That can be done at any time in surplus to or replacing one of the three normal resistance trainings. And: Fix the audio cues so that they end after the promoter (ie Kayla or kelsey has stopped talking) as often my own music volume remains lowered for a whole exercise. Very off-putting when you're enjoying a song and it's stays quiet for a whole set! Then: Cheaper food options / ones that allow to buy for one person / include leftovers Drag and drop planning options in the planner. (Like hold to edit and drag such as when deleting/moving apps on an iPhone) Lastly it would be awesome to be able to click move onto the next workout wirelessley (like clicking the next song on wireless headphones) Do all that and it will get a 5 star! Please and thank you!

BBG beginner addition is brilliant

First time ever leaving a review for anything, I’ve tried BBG countless times over the last few years as I always loved the idea behind it & the strength and fitness changes it can provide.
When I tried previously with BBG 1 I liked it but always found I was over-sore for about 3 days after and felt the workouts were too much for me, on top of that there was a lot of workouts to do per week when going from zero exercise to BBG, and hence I never lasted past a couple weeks.

Since the new BBG beginner was released I have wanted to try it, and it’s only my first week but just wanted to share my thoughts with anyone who was in a similar position. The workouts per week are less, but you do have the option to complete extra optional workouts which is good however you don’t feel bad if you don’t do them as they are optional, so this is good as it isn’t so overwhelming for someone just starting to exercise. On top of that I found the exercises very good for someone not used to excercising. I can complete a resistance workout and feel like I’ve put in some work, sweat & finish it. I can feel that I have done a workout on my legs yesterday however it’s not mega sore like it has been in the past! Makes me feel so much more motivated to continue than before & I feel confident that when I have completed beginner I will be much more ready to move on to the next workouts!
