How great would it feel if you never had to send another message or spend time comparing calendars just to find a suitable time for a group of people?

SwipeToMeet is a free app for finding a suitable time for a group of people. Whether it’s about business or just trying to arrange a dinner with friends.

The application was designed to be as simple as Tinder and as useful as Doodle to offer the world's fastest and simplest scheduling experience. SwipeToMeet minimizes the effort for both organizers and participants by eliminating the need to match calendars manually. Instead of wasting days scheduling, a suitable time can be found within minutes.

After a simple setup the service matches calendars automatically in real-time. Participants get time suggestions based on everyone’s known availability and input already received from others.

Invitations are delivered via SMS or push notifications and availability is provided in a mobile browser. In other words you don't have to worry what type of devices participants have, as no app is required for input.

* Setting up a new scheduling is easy, especially on the move
* Choose participants quickly from your phone’s address book
* No need to tediously pick individual time slots from calendar
* Breakfast, lunch or dinner? Not on Tuesdays? Automated time suggestions are based on your calendar and preferences
* No more switching back and forth with the calendar app
* Your agenda for the day is shown below each suggestion to give you the big picture
* Follow the progress in real time to see who hasn't answered and send reminders
* Provide availability with any smartphone
* No app installation necessary for participants
* SwipeToMeet is a free application

What's New

Version 3.5.0

Freedom of choice is a highly valued concept in the western society. At its simplest, it could be defined as the possibility to choose from at least two options without being affected by external parties.

In our attempt to create a superior scheduling experience we automated the whole time-picking process for you as the organizer. While doing so we might have unintentionally violated the whole concept of freedom. :-o

We didn’t mean to go all dominant supervillain on you. To make amends, we have two really cool major updates for you in this patch.

MAJOR UPDATE I: We are giving back the freedom to all the organizers out there. Now you get to say the final word by swiping the suggestions as well. Proceed to swipe right after scheduling is started or be notified when others have answered. Go now, but remember: with great power...

MAJOR UPDATE II: We added Apple Watch support. This is huge as it makes SwipeToMeet the first social scheduling app available for Apple Watch. (At least so far as we can tell.) Now you can take part in scheduling with only a twist of the wrist and a tap of the finger.

New: Auto-pick time is a new switch in the scheduling setup. It disables the new organizer swiping and automatically picks an available time from your calendar.

Fix: Navigating to participant list while loading drove the app into a limbo of unloaded meeting information. Gladly our engineers were able to solve this with their magnificent skills.
Fix: Connecting a calendar in the swiping screen did not work properly even though it appeared to do so. This evasive ninja-like-bug was squashed without mercy.
Fix: We used to show you load of gibberish and nerd speak in the occasional error messages. In this version we really did our best to translate them to English. I’m telling you, that’s not as easy as one might think.
Fix: Additional minor fixes to copy around the app.

Hopefully you will find these updates as exciting as we. Let us know what you think!

Great idea for an app but it just doesn't connect to my calendar

A great little app but the whole point is that it should read and show me my Google Cal in app - after hundreds of goes it just won't sync with it and just hangs :( Maybe with an update it'll be fixed and will become a cracking bug free app.
