Tabata Stopwatch Pro is a universal (both iPhone and iPad) feature packed interval timer for people who follow the Tabata training method. What’s New

Version 3.3.2

The app is now up to speed for iOS 17 and improves quite a few things internally, hopefully helping with a few random issues some people were seeing. iOS 15 and above is now needed to use the app. Upgrading to Pro Features is increasingly encouraged going ahead to use most features of the app.

Brilliant app for my circuit training

I love this app! Before I downloaded this I was using iPhones timer app, where I would have to remember to restart the timer for every interval! With this though it lets you save workout presets, so you can just do your workout without having to look at a stopwatch or whatever! The thing I love about this app is the countdowns to exercise/rest intervals and the option for numerous cycles/sets! Also, it instructs you to control your breathing in rest intervals which, in some way is reassuring and comforting! Great app, glad I purchased and would recommend to anybody who wants a hassle-free workout! 😊

A Massive HIIT with me! :-)

I have been using Tabata Stopwatch Pro since October 2018. It supports all the workouts that I can throw at it. Whether it’s a circuit, timed farmers walk, sled push/pulls intervals or ab workouts. The load, save exercise function is brilliant and allows me to switch it up or down depending on how I'm performing.

The rest time vs exercise time split makes it easy to create, tweak, save and organise your exercises. The beep reminders works perfectly over your headphones via BlueTooth too.

Worth every penny. Thank you to the Tabata Stopwatch Pro development team.

Great App!

All too often free apps come with a twist in the tail-usually lots of advertising and other limitations on the app. This one does what should be a fairly simple job in a motivating way with lots of parameters that can be custom set.
My suggestion for a further (slight) improvement would be to use a standard naming convention for reps/sets/cycles. The current one is a little confusing-for my 60 year old brain anyway.
