I think this is a great app!!! I absolutely love Body Shop and always spend a fortune in there. One thing I think they should add to the app, is how often each product should be used so people looking to select new products, know how often that product should be used and how long the products should be left on your face before rinsing and it should say for each skin type.
In the app, I’m having a few problems. I’m not able to see my points or my vouchers. Whenever I click on my basket to view what I’ve put in it, it doubles everything in the basket so I have to go through each product individually and deselect the amount selected which is quite annoying and complicated.
One thing I really don’t understand with body shop is the prices of the product I’ve noticed are different on the app to what they are in store. Should this be the case?

I absolutely love The Body Shop. I am a regular customer and I love the products...
However this app is just all wrong. It's super slow, it crashes all the time, payments take a very long time to go through, the box is ticked to remember my log in however I always have to manually log in. Whoever is in charge needs to do something about it.
The app works for me but it is very basic and extremely slow. Here are just a few things you could consider
1 - Add Touch ID
2 - Redesign the icon
3 - View purchases (online & in store)
4 - Show loyalty card number
5 - Remove sign in page. Once app is opened, sign in should be the first page with the option for Touch ID
Your app needs to be a reflection of your products because they truly do work, the app doesn't.
Shopping online is getting more and more popular, we like to shop easy. If you have a fantastic app that runs smoothly and easily, watch your sales increase 📈
very glitchy and super slow
This app is seriously testing if you are impatient. I have to wait at least a minute every time I add something to my basket. When I go to check out, I am told other items from a previous basket have been added and every item in my basket doubles? I then have to go back and delete items, another five minutes taken. Payment is also difficult, I try to check out but I am directed to a confirmation page I can't get past, I press continue but nothing happens. Has my transaction been processed? Not impressed.
