Since the update around the end of 2017 / start of 2018 this app has become completely useless. “We’re aware of the bugs and are working hard to fix them” ... but for how long?! It’s been over 7 months, surely these are the kind of fundamental issues you fix urgently within a week or two so as not to lose customers and purchases? The app is just impossible to use. It only occasionally records when I put things in my basket (although they sometimes disappear yet are available on the website) although usually it won’t add things because I’m not “connected to network”, although I definitely am. The wish list literally doesn’t work anymore which is the biggest shame for me, and I’m sure I’m not the only person who keeps track of possible purchases in there due to the fast turnaround of items. The app almost never lets me save items anymore so I forgot many things I was considering to buy. Other major issues are that many of the pages (such as Just In, or the Sale) simply show up the same 20 or so items on repeat. I hardly look at the app anymore as it’s too annoying, and as that was my preferred way to shop I now shop at the Outnet very infrequently whereas before I did often.
If you could give an app no stars I 100% would. Shopping with the OUTNET got years and always had a great experience, now since the update it has become complete rubbish. I think it is awful the website and app have been down for almost a month!! Completely unacceptable. The face that all my orders have disappeared is a joke, my most recent from the beginning of October doesn’t appear to show? What if I had a issue with the product? And needed a exchange or a return? Apart from my orders not being there, neither are half the products. All the new items that had recently been added seem to have completely disappeared, with half of the items that are now showing are old that went out of stock and now appear to be available? As well as all your favourite listed designers and wish list being erased. I will not be shopping with the OUTNET until all has been resolved, this is the worst time due to Christmas and Hanukkah on the way. This is a complete and utter joke! What is going on?!
Outnet has been an absolute nightmare since you moved your website and changed your app. This is now the worst clothes shopping app. Customer service is extremely poor.
I made an order and waited over 2 weeks for delivery. I called to find out where my delivery is and was told that the warehouse has moved and they don’t know where my delivery is or when it will arrive! And they did not bother to notify me!
I eventually received my order and needed to return 2 items. I called DHL from Dubai and they refused to deliver the items to Italy and would only deliver to the UK. Outnet has failed to notify DHL that they had moved!
I have sent my items back and called and requested a bigger size for both items and left a message about a week ago. No one called me back and I have no idea if you have received my items or if you will be sending a bigger size or if I need to reorder a bigger size myself.
The new app is also complete rubbish. You can no longer see your previously purchased items when you click on previous orders.
If you check my account you can see that I spend thousands of pounds on your website but this poor customer service looks like I need to find another app to shop on.
