Very helpful and easy to use

An excellent well thought out app! The simple yet effective interface along with the fun games, helpful insights and mood tracking calendar, make you realise how negative your thoughts can be and how much you can think positively about life. Accessible, scientifically proven techniques to complex mental health issues at your fingertips...uplifting stuff, highly recommended.

I little moment of calm

I’ve really enjoyed this app, I haven’t had it very long but already it has become part of my daily routine. I have also recommended it to others. I love how it focuses on the positive all the time and often leaves me feeling much more calm and content.

Great app

Have been looking for something like this for ages after reading research on how these practices can improve mood and outlook. Love all the different activities and soo easy to use and see progress on each one. Top marks!!!
