To Do is a simple, free To-Do list manager written as a favor for some friends. It provides barebones task management. You can add, order and manage your to do items. Basic priority and note support adds extra functionality.
What's New in Version 3.2
Version 3.2 introduces due dates and item sorts. Based on user requests, I've introduced a new "needs attention" priority and pre-format user notes to preserve paragraph breaks in e-mail.
Nice and simple
Just what I've been looking for - nice and simple, clean interface, with options to make it more complex if you wish. I love the fact that due dates and priorities are optional (because I don't use them, so no superfluous functionality for me). It would be perfect if (a) there wasn't so much space between each task - means you can't see many on the screen; and (b) each word wasn't capitalised in the new task text box. UPDATE: just discovered a major flaw. If your task has more text than can be shown on the screen, there is no way to access it to see what it says. Please could you remedy this. When you highlight a task, and tap on the blue arrow, it should take you to a screen where you can see the full text
Free, simple, perfect app
Well, it's free. Also it's very simply, which is perfect if you want to just list some reminders. I've always found the notes app very helpful because it is so basic, and I use that a lot, so it's great to have something that is similar, but of course specifically for reminders.
I like that it shows the number of reminders on the app icon, as visually I respond to that, because I'm used to it on Messages and Calls on the iphone, so I know that's stuff that needs my attention.
Anyway, well done indeed to the creator, too many 'helpful' apps become unhelpful because too many options mean a lot of faffing around.
Great app! 😃 Needs update tho...
A great basic 'no frills' to do list app. Does what it says on the tin, I love the badge number which indicates how many tasks I have remaining without having to go into the app itself. Only thing from not getting full 5 stars is the app (and the icon) isn't optimised for the retina display. If that was fixed & it was made for the iPhone 5 larger display it would be perfect. A sync function to sync between my iPhone & iPad would be great as well...👍
