Or maybe you don't really want to use the pesky phone keyboard - we get that. That's why you can now use Siri to track your time with Toggl - no keyboard needed! (This feature requires iOS 12 however)

Toggl also has you covered across all of your devices! Start tracking your hours in a browser, then stop it later on your phone - all of your tracked time is safely synced between your phone, desktop, web & a browser extension (if you want more of a pomodoro timer experience).

Discover what's taking up your time with summary reports. Analyze them in the app or export them to send that data to your clients (or to analyze it further with through business intelligence and see to where your hours are going).

» Suggestions
Based on your habits and previous time entries, the app will give you suggestions on what you could track.

» Siri
Toggl is now compatible with Siri! Start a new time entry, stop it, or access your reports - all that with just a few words. We will be updating our app with more cool shortcuts for the Siri & Toggl duo in the coming months.

» Shortcuts
By using @ and #, you can quickly add projects and tags to your time entry and get back to work right away!

» Calendar
With the calendar integration, you can now use Toggl to see all of your calendar events and time entries in the app itself (in the same view), receive notifications before the events start, and most importantly, instantly create time entries based on your calendar events!

» Customize your time entries with projects, clients and tags
Organize and add more details to your time entries by adding projects, clients and tags. Clearly see where your work hours go and adjust your precious time & routines accordingly.

» Auto-Complete
Easily find your older time entries and start tracking them again.

» Manual Mode
Want more control? Add and edit all of your time manually and make sure that every second of your time is accounted for. This feature is optional and it's accessible from the Settings menu.

» Sync
Keeps your time seamlessly synced, safe and ready to track on your account, on any device.

- But what if I'm offline?
No problem! You can still track your time through the app, and once you're back online, it will sync seamlessly with your account (and the rest of your devices) - your time is not going anywhere.

Very useful.

The app is a bit fiddly until you use it correctly. I kept accidentally creating time entries. So created a test project & read the Help section. It’s actually very simple to use.

The Toggl product with the website & desktop apps really works well and the free plan is perfect for solo freelancers with a small number of clients like myself.

4.5 stars. Possibly the scrolling time entry list could be collated for entries more than a week old.

Great Time tracker

If you switch between paid client work and want to accurately log your time for jobs on the go the app works really well.

Improving again

And we are back to regular crashing again - so frustrating! The app takes steps forward and then the developers take their eye off the ball and the crashes return. I use it constantly for my working day, across several devices - the sync works well, apart from frequent crashes.

And we’re up to five stars at last! After some serious issues over the last few months I can happily report that the app is stable, works well, and has a good interface. It is flexible for editing timers, as well as simply to start recently used timers. Coupled with the online interface and desktop apps, this is brilliant!
