I've used this app for over the years. Once you updated the new look that is used today I was very dissatisfied, I found it very dreadful and plain.
I enjoy the clothes and such but the navigation within the app is simply boarding.
What has annoyed me the most is that you guys continue to have the same bug since the new release of the look of the app, which is over a year I believe. Every time I try and delete an item from my wish-list it is always encountering issues, e.g. Deletes another item!!, deletes the item and then reappears straight away.
Throughout the entire check out process there are constant glitches and I’ve had to try to redo the order 4 times to which I’m now giving up. The button to confirm and pay is disabled and doesn’t matter how many times I retry/close down the app it’s still the same. Location setting to find store also keeps coming up as an error.
App has a bug where you select United Kingdom, then store collection. Once you collect store e.g Watford. It automatically changed the country to the stores postcode. Then when I go to pay with Apple Pay it declines and says country isn’t correct please check. Bad experience for such a big branded application
