Snowden-themed puzzle
The basic game is a beams-and-mirrors type puzzle with a slick visual design, and to keep your interest you unlock snippets of an espionage thriller as you go. The structure works surprisingly well, and the progression of puzzles is carefully thought through so it doesn't get boring.
My two quibbles are that (1) this current version is pretty buggy and (2) I don't understand why the tiles slide as whole rows or columns-- in some games that mechanic is important, but here it just makes the primary gameplay irritating for no reason.
Fun game - hoping for a fix to access bonus levels
Gameplay was challenging at times. Fairly interesting plot. There should be a way to access the tutorial levels again especially after completing the game! Have contacted the developer about this - they said this is deliberate but might change in future.
Beautiful, challenging, cerebral
I mostly play small puzzle games on my phone to pass time but with TouchTone I made time for its puzzles. It is among the ranks of games like Hiversaires, The Room and Device 6 for quality and originality and personally, I think it outdoes everything in terms of content.
