Was great now useless!
I’ve been using this app for years now and absolutely loved it. Trusted it blind with all information!
Since the recent update I’ve lost all my former tickets, my card details with which I buy the tickets and can’t see live progress of trains. Only see start and end station I put in not the whole trip therefore not where it splits nor at what time the train is expected at all stations in between. Recent searches in live trains is not saved either. I’ve noticed as well that the train status is not always correct either. Mine shows often ‘delayed’ but actually it’s absolutely fine and on time.
In my opinion the latest update has made this app totally useless.
Sack whoever let this update go live
The previous version of the app was fantastic, and was my go-to train app.
The new version is a total flop. Totally irrelevant suggested train stations, cumbersome departures board, and really unfriendly layout.
Whoever was in charge of allowing this release to go live should be sacked. 10 steps backward, and seems that everyone else would agree judging by the reviews!
Not user friendly
This app is the same design as the virgin one. I switched to Crosscountry to avoid their app 'upgrade' only for CC to do the same. They should have read the reviews. Can anyone recommend an app to move to now?
You need to be able to see the day of the week when selecting a date!
