A must have!

The Boy Currie

This is the number one app if you have a power meter and want to analyse your fitness. I haven’t used any of the features to build a workout or communicate with a coach...but I found it to be a really powerful and motivating way of seeing your current and projected levels of fitness. Knowledge is power as they say and this certainly helps you interpret your data and plan ahead.

Only good with full subscription


For cycling, this app is pretty good but only if you're fully subscribed to TrainingPeaks and have a power meter. Key metrics are presented for each ride and some good longer term trends.

I've also got a full subscription to Strava. Comparing the two, this one is better if you want to analyse your training rather than tell the world how good you are. If I had to choose I'd keep this app.

Great app but limited compared to the desktop version


This app is expensive (premium account) and does not have a lot of the features that the desktop version has.

One major feature that is currently unavailable is the workout builder, hopefully this will be available soon.
