We go about safeguarding crypto assets in a completely different, highly effective and unique way compared to other companies in our sector. Built with institutions in mind, our secure product essentially goes beyond ‘cold storage’ at ‘hot wallet’ speed - less than one second to process transactions. We do this by leveraging an infrastructure of hardware security modules (HSMs) with additional built in firmware, secure data centres and multiple levels of encryption to mitigate security risks to enable our users with the most secure, lightning fast way to execute transactions through their mobile device, web or via API integrations. Unlike a hardware or software wallet, TrustVault accounts can always be recovered, even when the mobile device is lost or stolen. This is because your assets' private keys are always kept hardware-secure in our tamper proof data centre hosted HSM cluster and never in the device.
You can use the TrustVault app to send, receive and buy Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and selected ERC20 tokens (e.g. DAI, MKR, USDC, USDT) as well as Binance (BNB) and other third party tokens supported on their chain. We are the first custodial wallet to integrate with MetaMask giving you secure access to Ethereum dApps so you can access your assets knowing you are kept super safe.

I think this is an excellent solution! So many wallets I’ve created always ask me to remember by seed phrase and then the headache of storing these somewhere safe. No more. My ledger nano takes ages to transfer funds to real-time trading environments. No more. Most the non-custodial wallets are either not safe or connected to an exchange, where history shows us they’re also prone to hacks. No more!
I think managing private keys on behalf of active crypto investors with high value accounts is certainly provides a piece of mind especially as assets are insured which is a huge plus. Nice work Trustology!

Not your keys, not your coins. Think very very carefully before trusting your private keys in a ‘secure’ data centre.
It’s a disaster waiting to happen. The company should not be encouraging such reckless storage of your funds.

We keep your private keys safe within our network of tamper proof programmable hardware secure modules and data centres, but your keys are within your control and ownership from your device. Unlike hardware wallets, your TrustVault account can always be recovered even if you lose your mobile phone. We use FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified hardware to secure private keys, incidentally, with multiple layers of encryption to ensure institutional-grade security for our customers. Also our Insurance from AON covers theft and internal fraud so your assets will not be lost.
