At TSB we’re working hard to improve our Mobile Banking App so that it’s easier and quicker to do your banking on the move. Look out for our new improved Mobile App, coming to the App Store soon.
Use the TSB Mobile Banking app to:
• Find TSB branches and cash machines or LINK ATMs in the UK
• View your balances and transaction history
• Check up on your credit card and pay a credit card bill
• Make transfers between your TSB personal current and savings accounts
• Set up and make payments
• Change some of your personal details
• Find useful TSB phone numbers
- All whilst enjoying a high level of security.
What you’ll need to register:
- Apple device running at least iOS7
- Data access on your device (either Wi-Fi or cellular)
- A TSB personal account and an Internet Banking username, password and memorable information
- A current phone number that you’ve registered with us, so we can reach you while you register your device, for security purposes. Don’t worry if you don’t have a registered phone number, we’ll need just to send you a letter to complete the process. You can still use Mobile Banking on your mobile browser while you wait for it to arrive.
With Pay a Contact – it’s easy to send and receive payments between friends and family using just a mobile number. We’ll show you how to set up Pay a Contact once you’ve registered.
And with Express Login - you can now log in to Mobile Banking with just 3 characters from your memorable information. The first time you use the new app you'll need to register your device, to create a secure link between your Internet Banking profile and your mobile. It only takes a few minutes and you’ll need to do it just once for each device. If you’ve already done it, you won’t need to do it again.
Keeping you safe online:
We use the latest online security measures to protect your money, your personal information and your privacy. We guarantee to refund your money in the unlikely event you experience a fraud with your Internet Banking – as long as you’ve been careful. We don't charge you for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge you for some services, so please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. Mobile Banking is available to our personal Internet Banking customers. Terms and conditions apply.
We collect non-personally identifiable location data when you use this app. We use this for fraud and security purposes, to help us fix bugs, and improve the services we can provide in the future.

What's New in Version 10.4
The latest TSB app is faster, easier to use, and very secure.
Our app’s new one-tap navigation means you can bank on the move even faster and more easily than before. Everything you need for your day-to-day banking is now available in one place, with just a tap of the screen. Check your account, make payments and transfers, apply for a credit card and much more with TSB’s updated app.
Good app, needs info
I think the app is very useful, the simple entry and the quick remembering of the long number for online banking is really clever since it makes you safer, no one can see it on the tube!
I do think that they need to include the inbox feature so you can be as up to date as possible, for the ones of us that have gone paperless. I would also ask for the unaccounted charges (the ones that take a couple of days to clear) to be shown: how can it tell you what your statement is if you cannot see the pending charges to be taken? It makes the app incomplete, since it makes you go to your computer to get the whole understanding. This app should replace the computer based banking as much as possible, no?
Much better. Although...
Can only have 4 devices registered to the app. To unregister a device you would need to physically have the device and log into the app to unregister that device. So if you lose a device there is no way to unregister it from the app.
I have had 4 devices that are now lost or stolen or sold which I cannot unregister as there is no "unregister all" option either in the app or on the website.
I can use the app on my iPad but I cannot use the app on my iPhone as I have too many devices registered now. Even though I no longer own them. I have to use safari on my phone to access banking.
I'm unfamiliar with the previous versions of this app so I can't comment on how well this version compares with them. As far as I am concerned, this app does its job well in a clear and user-friendly way. I can quickly make payments check my balance and do all the other banking activities that I'm used to making with my other banking apps. Authentication and security processes appear sound and the user interfaces are feature-rich yet intuitive - showing that a lot of effort has been put into their designs. I'm happy.
