To log in you’ll need the surname of passenger that made your booking, the departure date as well as your booking reference number which looks like this (12345678) and can be found at the top of your booking confirmation.

• Your booking includes more than 1 hotel or 2 flights
• You have booked a Thomson Cruise
• You’ve booked a First Choice holiday through TUI

I booked me and friend in VIP through the rep at Riu Costa del sol . His name was Adam and he assured me that we would be fast tracked through check in and then security, he was very helpful. The rep at Airport named Amber was extremely helpful too but knew nothing of the process neither did anyone else. Check in refused us and those that didn’t pay got through before us. Security refused to fast track entry and after much discussion through Ambers manager we finally got through. That left us just over 45 mins to find the Lounge . Ambers manager had to ensure we were actually booked in. Easy you would think to find the lounge but no members of staff seemed know where it was. Then no gin and tonic !! Very stressful and a waste of money. The gates were to open at 18:45 but suddenly last call at 18:30 happened. A lot of fractious people especially those with children making a mad dash for the plane BUT yes a delay of 40mins. One very hot plane with a lot of unhappy people. Please refund me TUI and get get your house in order before selling VIP.
UPDATE - I have had comments that this has happened to others and TUI do not respond at all. I hope you do as it was a very special treat spoilt
App good, holiday not so good.
Tui app is great and easy to use. Unfortunately our holiday to Jamaica, I would not recommend. The hotel secret st James, Montego Bay looked a bit like the pics and was decent enough (not in any way 5 star)but there was an underlying feeling of not being welcome. We felt we had to tip in order to be noticed next time we went to bar or coffee shop etc. It’s very lax and everything looks just a bit tardy and tired. There was no way of wandering around Montego Bay on our own and hiring a car was not recommended by our rep. Having said that, this does not reflect on the Tui reps as they were exceptional and our trip to Bob Marley museum was just amazing. The hotel just needs some TLC and perhaps a review on the tipping system. Apologies if this is negative, but just my opinion.
No help what’s so ever on last day of hols
Quick enough to take your money. But on the last day had a query about my coach to transfer me to airport and no reply. Sky scanners much better in my view. Do it your self cheaper and don’t expect any help that u won’t get when u paid extra with tui.
Flew back with tui today and the majority of food was not available. I could understand a few items not being available, but when the service trolly started coming down the isle 4 seats away from me and only little snacks available, makes it blatantly obvious that the plane had not been topped up with food. Then when I did ask for something they had, the porridge, it was runny and I drank most of it until I reached about 1/6 from the bottom and then the consistency was what porridge should b. I also asked for a coffee with brown sugar, to an answer if one of the air hostesses being, we’re not BA. no your not BA. I would say your a lower level than easy jet and ryan air. More like faulty tower air ways.
