Nightmare

I have been using this app as I cannot get out for the magazine. Even though mu subscription is up to date every time a free trial is offered I am unable to download the new magazine. Repeatedly following the steps set out in the help section I am still unable to asset the magazine. Seems I will have to cancel.

Fabulous TV magazine

I have been buying TV Times for over 40 years, always been my favourite, love the way tv pages are laid out and interesting articles.
Usually buy every week but as it is difficult to get out and get it at the moment while we are all self isolating, decided to do a subscription, for the time being at least so that I don’t miss it.

Access to the App

Every week I have problems downloading the TV Times magazine. Please fix the problem. I continue paying for this weekly mag but in the last few weeks it’s gone pear-shaped.
You have proved you are incapable of fixing this so I have told you to cancel my subscription.
To reiterate - I’m paying for something and have been doing so for months but have been unable to download it do to a problem of your making. So you owe me about 6 months of payments
