More listings detail needed upfront

I love the Twickets system, it’s great. However, please could you consider adding some more detail on the initial pages and alerts? As it stands, you have to click on “buy” to see the detail - eg. for a festival listing with multiple types of tickets (such as “camping” “day pass” “boutique camping” “live-in vehicle”) it would be more useful to see what type of tickets the listing includes (rather than “multiple price bands”) before clicking “buy”. It’s annoying to have to go clicking backwards and forwards just to see this info. Also, after clicking “buy” for on one of the listings, then seeing it’s not what I want, then going back to a long list of listings, could the ones I’ve already looked at be indicated somehow? It’s hard to keep track! Thanks for considering this.

👍service 👎app

Great service and greatly needed with the likes of viagogo etc, however very poor app. Tickets remain on the site even when sold and you only get notified they are not available any more when you click into them. Also encountered issues where once you click into the tickets it says they are available to purchase however once you click buy it says another customer is currently purchasing these tickets, this pair of tickets have been showing like this for the last 3 hours.

If the event is popular, seriously, don’t bother

If the event is popular, seriously, don’t waste your time. The first come first served system means that you will spend days and days competing with thousands of other people. Also, tickets are listed by the sellers as groups, and there’s no way to fine tune your alerts. I’m not convinced by the ethical claim either- 10-15% on top is still profiteering in my book. Customer Service really unsympathetic. I’ve deleted the app and got my life back.
