decent but lacking features and proper support

It’s a decent app. I’ve been using Nightowl for several years but its irregular updates are frustrating. I had hoped to switch full time to the Twitter app, but have not done so for a couple of reasons. Firstly the lists feature constantly crashes when trying to add users to a list. I’d like the ability to customise tabs, to remove the ‘moments’ tab and to add specific tabs for defined lists.

There is no functionality to have a notification sound play when, for example, a direct message or mention is received. I don’t like the notification banners and never use the notification centre, so the ability to specify an alert sound for events would be extremely helpful. The ability to schedule tweets would be nice too.

Perhaps most annoying however is that there is no means to provide feedback to twitter. Just like it is near impossible to contact them should an issue occur with their website, there is abosultely no way to submit feature requests and bug reports to them. Over all a decent app and I’m pleased to see it is regularly updated, though missing some key features.

I don’t see the point

Don’t see the point of this application is seems better so far just to use the website. Support for Split View? It would be useful. Maybe the option to disable “moments” too.

needs improvement

- laggy scrolling on macos sierra. sometimes it’s smoother when the app isn’t foremost. (tweetbot is perfecly smooth in comparison)
- really don’t need moments. at least allow me to move it down the UI
