The car was clean on finding it, location exactly as the app said. Handled fairly well on the faster roads, not as easy to park as some of the other cars in the fleet but serves its purpose for the day. Really pleased you get the car for 24 hours didn’t realise that until I contacted the call centre

The map for the cars is very inaccurate, a couple of times I have reserved a car for 15 minutes and walked for that duration only to arrive and find that there is no car there, resulting in having to get a taxi.

A new feature has also been added which is ‘termination date’, today I approached 3 udrive cars nearby and each of them required a termination date. After trying multiple times to input a date and time trying various methods I then gave up and flagged down a taxi.

The app is great and convenient when it works but from the majority of my experiences it has been quite unreliable.

Works well but needs account information. You can’t see any details regarding your account except the trips you’ve taken. Means you can’t change payment info.
Also it would be great to be able to take photos of damage and upload through the app rather than having to write an email every time there is additional damage not contained in the remarks (which there often is!)
