Utilita App isn't Working Properly, Anger
I got my Smart Meter fitted, on the 15th of Nov 2016. Now, don't get mi wrong it's a Brilliant thing to have, specially if yuh was on prepay meter. Now, the reason why I'm writing this review. Is cause I'm having problems been able to look up my payments in the App. Every time I click on My Details, it just seems to cut out from the App & wont let mi view it in the App like yuh can on the smart meter. Could yuh pls, Sort it out? CAUSE THIS is the only downfall about this App.
WHY, HASN'T ANYONE DONE ANYTHING TO SORT THIS PROBLEM THAT IM TRYING TO BRING TO YOUR DEVELOPER ATTENTION????????

App Crash...or Crapp is I like to call it. I’m a very happy bunny generally with Utilita, the smart meter is just fantastic but the app crashes every time I try to open ‘My Payments’ it’s always done this and I’ve kinda waited for a few updates hoping that it would be fixed but alas this ain’t happened-so I’m now becoming a not as ‘happy as I once was bunny’ Please, please, please hear my call and sort it out ASAP!! Maybe then I’ll give you 4 stars ( I never give 5 as I believe there is always room for improvement ). Rant over.
I have recently become a new customer, and reading everyone’s reviews I seem to be having the same thing the cut out from checking my “payments” option... everything else is working ok. 🤔
There’s been 2 updates since downloading the app and I doubt this developer will get it right especially seeing complaints about it from July 2017 😳
However it does lacks a few things... payment checks on app, I don’t have to go home checking on my all fours... some meters are put in some awkward places but would be nice to see how much on the app! 😏👌🏼
