Ratings and Reviews
The only reason we have gave it a try because we know the distributor, they guarantee you many things they can’t do on the beginning, forces you to sign up. Then leave all the mess to yourself.
When you plan to switch to them, you can’t find them, everyone on the phone tell you ask someone else, they promise you gonna call back them never did. Now we email and called the distributor many times, that person just disappeared.
What can I say? They just use people’s personal networks then let them started lie to their family and friends. If you want make your business big make more money, you better work on your products and service , don’t do this kind one off business, we never gonna come back to you, also won’t let other to choose you.
Cashback option frequently not working
When it works this is a useful app but all to often I am shopping at Sainsbury's and go to check if I have enough cash on the card only to eventually get a message saying it’s not working try later. I then end up using my usual bank card.
The other truly annoying factor is the lag phase between using the card to make purchases and the time it takes to top up using the automatic top up feature. We have been caught out a few times like that.
In principle it’s a good app but you can’t always rely on it working when you need it most.
Review of The App
I’m repeatedly having to delete the app and download again because I get error messages connected with the cash-back card. It either won’t accept the fact that I’m loading it with more than £20 or it can’t give me the current balance so that I can top up. It’s pain when out shopping. I’ve tried to explain this to the technical team but they failed to understand what I was saying. I got conflicting advice as to whether or not I could or should use a decimal point. A lot more work is required on the app. I don’t have this trouble with my banking app.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
