Have used the site for many years and love the broad range of brands offered at great savings. App is easy to use and the advance notifications of up coming sales very useful. Being able to pay after delivery using Paypal is yet another positive.

I want to warn others about this company! I used them for the first time recently and it has been a nightmare. I bought children’s clothes and 3 handbags, some of which needed to be returned. There was no paperwork at all in any of the delivery boxes. I had to search online for information on how to return goods. There is extremely unclear and downright misleading information online. I have tried to phone the various numbers given online and at various times of the day, but no one has ever answered. I have sent 3 emails during the past week and have received no reply. As the online site says returns must be received within 14 days, I had to return them to the sender address in France which is printed on the box. The clothes I returned cost £30 to post to France - which is in addition to the steep delivery costs. This company’s customer service is totally non existent! I really think that I will have to get legal advice in order to get my money back from this company. A total nightmare. Beware!

In terms of variety, the site is brilliant. So many good bargains. However the app let’s them down. Too many glitches. I had to set up a new account because I suddenly couldn’t order anything on my old account. An inexplicable problem with not recognising any delivery address, occurred. The Help line was good & responsive but even they couldn’t work it out. And now, this morning, I can’t even access any sales, I just get a frozen still from the opening animation and nothing else. Very frustrating.
