Unfortunate course of events

As a new gamer I was very wary but was a referred by a trusted friend
I have only been using this gaming app for a short period of time and have thoroughly enjoyed the usability and also the gaming experience hence me referring lots of other friends unfortunately today I experienced a very unfortunate and unacceptable incident and have lost all faith and trust in virgin games !
The circumstances were thatI had received two large winds in excess of £240 then I was frozen out of the game and these wins were not then applied to my account so I wasForced to withdraw the funds which I have deposited and until this is rectified will not continue using this app which I have grown very fond of but cannot justify what has happened under the circumstances and if not dealt with appropriately will be forced to remove my account and will advise others to do so if this is not rectified

Gradual disappointment

When u started playing with this app it was paying me pretty regularly not very big wins but nice enough to keep me interested and playing (obviously this is to reel u in) over time it wud put me onto a bonus feature and pay out maybe 1 pound or something insulting after maybe spending 80 quid to even get onto a feature board. But recently I’ve become more and more annoyed with these obviously greedy people as I played the slingo Irish game and staked a 1 the second biggest stake in the game so when I got a full house I was very excited thinking that because this was the highest possible outcome of the game I was in for a big big win and what made me think this more so was the fact that it cost me 60+ pounds to achieve the full house, when I got to the bonus round the wheel spun and it land on times 100 which means 100 times my stake of 1 pound winning me 100 quid after I get my 65 odd quid back I win 35 quid for a tip feature is absolutely ridiculous and to be honest a slap in the face! I was going to email them but there’s no point there just a team of robbing c**ts!!!

Review

I’ve been on many gaming sites over a number of years usually multiple sites at any one time. Over the last 4/5 yrs the only site I’ve really used is Virgin, it is in my opinion the best overall gaming site by far. There is a large varied choice of games and also a varied choice of bonuses which can be ‘free’ cash and sometimes a considerable amount of cash. They are a very interactive site these interactions are with a view to the customer benefiting. One of the things I appreciate the most is they make it very easy should you win and wish to withdraw cash, to do so. So many other sites I’ve played on seem to deliberately put blocks in the way complicating your experience. I always used to say why isn’t it as easy to withdraw as it is to deposit ! Well on Virgin it is and that makes it my gaming site of choice.
