What a mess
Frequent messages saying I need to reset up the app because of ‘problems’. Frequently set up again each time was not easy and required several attempts. The last time - safari displayed a request to login to website I had never heard of so battled through the virgin mobile pick a number customer support line. Finally got to a human who could not help me except to say you need to follow the instructions in the email and then said she would put me through to virgin Media support but instantly cut me off. Rang 150 and of course the pick a number contest did not have an app help option so eventually tried ‘problem with broadband lucky dip’ which after testing my equipment unsurprisingly said there wasn’t a problem and cut me off. Just wasted One hour of my time I think I will leave virgin media
Brilliant app would recommend
I really don’t understand what people are talking about. It clearly shows which areas are in hotspot range and which isn’t.
I’ve never had any problems with the speed. Obviously it’s not as fast as the 350mb that I pay for but I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by hotspots and have found that it switches between my own WiFi and the hotspot when I leave my house so what more could I want?
So good I am seriously considering lowering my mobile phone internet allowance because it’s not being used anymore.

They have changed the whole thing and now there are way more hotspots to connect to. They also allow you to download these two things and it's worth it because it gives you more hotspots and it also tells you how much data you have left and same with texts and minutes. So if your not on virgin media then you should switch
