What you need

• Be a Virgin TV customer
• An iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, running iOS 9 or later, with WiFi, 3G or 4G internet access
• Your My Virgin Media username and password

Virgin TV Go is available to all Virgin Media TV customers. Watching Virgin TV Go on your device through a 3G/4G connection will use data and contribute to any monthly allowance set by your mobile network operator. Exceeding this could result in significant charges. For security reasons, and to protect the rights of our content partners, Virgin TV Go cannot be used on jailbroken devices, where unauthorised modifications have been made to the operating system.

Poor relation to Sky Go


Sorry Virgin, but if this is the best you can come up with you might as well pack it in. It's shocking. Compared to Sky Go, well there is no comparison really. Watching a live football match with the picture constantly freezing or disappearing, or the sound going is a completely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Purely on the strength, or lack of as far as this app is concerned, I will be returning to Sky. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.



This app, well, I mean you can watch football matches now which is good but... literally every what like 10 seconds it will freeze or say ‘error’ or something then the sound will go. Annoying. Also, think you could add HD? The resolution is horrid to watch. If you sorted them two problems then it would be close to 5 star!

Not made for the latest hardware (iPhone X)


Was realesed after the iPhone X had came out and did not support the screen size, and still after updates it does not! Very poor for an app pushing for media consumption and by such a large company. Giving it two more weeks and if no such luck will be deleting the app for good!
