I love the fact that Vogue Knitting magazine includes projects which are challenging. It taps my creativity and I continue to learn.
Lost access to all my back issues
I have over 10 years of subscriptions to back issues on the VK app. I also have books in the VK Books app. This August, I did not renew my subscription but should have access to all the back issues that I have previously paid for. The VK app asks me to pay for individual issues and no books show at all in the Books app. I have tried restoring issues, re-logging in, deleting and reinstalling the apps and nothing works. If I try to log into an individual issue, the app says my email does not exist, even though I can log into the app as a whole with the same email. I have tried support through MAZ (the app support), and although keen to help this did not provide a fix and have had no reply to two messages to the publisher. Am very disappointed as I love my VK magazines and books.
Poor since app update
Had no problems before the app update last year. Since then have spent weeks last year trying to get issues resolved with Maz. They provided a fix, which was temporary. Now having issues again & can’t unlock my issues. Shame as it was such a good app before :-( Here I go again starting the email trail to get it fixed! :-(
