June 2015 update - no GPS

This app is intended to be used with Wahoo’s Blue SC Speed and Cadence sensor. However, since the June 2015 update, the GPS does not work when cycling. Before the workout begins, GPS shows as active. Once you press start on a work out, it instantly cuts out, and will not re-connect within a workout. Other apps in the background (Strava, Polar Beat) maintain their connection to GPS without a problem. Once you have completed the workout, you can see the GPS data in the workout history. But during the work out, you don’t get speed, and the app doesn’t think you are moving, so no pace data either. For an app intended to work with a Speed and Cadence sensor, this is a fatal flaw. Without the GPS all you can get is cadence data.

Until this is fixed, this app is fatally flawed.

Awesome

I use this mainly for the RFLKT and it does really well. The ability to upload to Strava is a big plus as well as that is my analysis tool of choice.
I do wish I could edit my workout though as yesterday I messed up and cycled a mile and a half with it paused. It showed my entire route but I just couldn't tell it to not be set as paused. My mistake though.
(Currently broken on iOS 9 due to an Apple side bluetooth bug. Do not update primary devices yet!!)

What's The Fuss About?

I've read through other reviewed and really not sure what all the fuss is about! The Tickr X is a great product, but this app isn't so much.

It looks dated, the graphs are cramped, and there's no way to to interact with the graphs in any meaningful way. For a workout session I should be able to zoom in or out for clearer detail, or drag my finger across a graph to see specific readings for a particular moment of my workout.

I use the double tap to drop markers into my workout, but no data is offered for such points. Nor can I remove (or add a marker) when reviewing the session afterwards.

If I'm missing something, I'll happily change my review and score!
