Has promise but has problems

Rips and converts the audio in high quality and with ease but the resulting M4a files will not import or play in Itunes. They play in Quicktime if run seperately but Itunes just ignores them. Makes the product a bit pointless. If you could import into Itunes I would give it a 5. At the moment, 1. Support is non existent unless you speak Japanese.
