Ratings and Reviews
Thought this app was absolutely brilliant, felt the in-app achievements gave me an incentive to drink enough water each day however, after the last update the app doesn't open. When I click it the start up screen comes on but then quickly returns to my home screen. Unfortunately as I need to be able to keep track of how much water in drinking I am now going to have to delete the app and find another, but hopefully when I redownload in the near future it will work fine:)
Keeping myself hydrated has never been more simple. This app tells me what my personal intake of water should be. Taking my height, weight and daily life. It shows me my intake as I add how much water I have had. I was awful before and clearly drinking the wrong things. Goodbye coffee hello water. Thanks water balance
inaccurate, based on inaccurate and out of date knowledge
assumes that drinking tea / caffe reduces your water level - so if I only drink tea I am dry like a Sahara at noon according to the app - this view has long been dropped by mainstream medical science and it is more of a belief than fact. also ignores fact that you could be getting a lot of your water from other sources than drinks - say by eating juicy fruits or a soup.
all in all according to the app I should be dead and dry corps - whereas I do lead quite healthy lifestyle :D
