What's New

Version 3.6.2

When adding a new journal and summarizing over all (or a group of) journals the calculation of percentages and the trend line would be affected by suddenly having a lot of empty days in the past.
This has been fixed by not including a journal in a summary calculation until its first entry, and then it will only weigh in relative to when in the given period you started tracking the new journal. This rule also applies when selecting a single journal for inspection in the Trend view.

Minor changes

• A 100% skipped week/month doesn't impact trend line calculation negatively.
• Czech translation added.
• Bigger font size for weekday labels - like before! :-)

• Fixes issue with where the journal list would occasionally be a little "jumpy".
• Fixes issue where one could select a non-Way of Life backup file for restoration.
• Fixes issue where the app icon badge wasn't decremented when updating a journal via notifications.
• Fixes issue where initiating auto-update via the Today Widget wouldn't work correctly.
• Fixes issue where initiating auto update via a notification would put the UI in a wrong state.
• Fixes issue where tapping the down arrow on the toolbar would also toggle auto-advance.

• iPhone X and Face ID support
• Revamped organizer
• Dedicated tag manager
• Reminders got spiced up design-wise
• Filter on tags directly from the journal list
• New 'Today' button for keeping today's tasks in focus
• Catch up with yesterday with the tap of a button
• Smart-navigation accessible via the redesigned toolbar

Tried several, liked this

I tried several habit trackers and liked this one best. The interface seems very straightforward to me - just tap the day’s square and choose red, green or skip. I particularly like that you can state whether something is a good habit or a bad one and it reverses the red/green colours for yes and no. So if I tap ‘yes’ for ‘spent money’ that gives me a red square. I also like that you can ‘skip’ a day which allows a streak to continue. So if exercising three days out of 4 is your goal, for instance, you can continue a streak over the rest days without having to do anything complicated.

Really not a fan of the interface, it's quite ugly to look at and can be extremely tedious and unsatisfying to fill out as a result (look at Productive as an example of something that looks considerably nicer - it's a shame they've started charging so much for the premium version). It's also a little clunky at times to navigate to different tasks and days. Overall I'm a little disappointed with my purchase
