Use the widget to give you an overview of the weather, or for a more in-depth forecast you can open the detailed weather window.
The Weather Widget app icon also gives you a brief forecast or overview of current conditions in both the Dock and the menu bar.

Cheaper than a Raincoat, better than an umbrella.
Accurate information updated hourly, sufficient for any desktop, exactly what I was seeking. Good range of design options to choose from. Stable and easy to use. Scaling, position and transparency options means it needn’t be too intrusive. Satisfies my compulsive weather obsession. This does exactly what it says on the tin and looks good on my screen. Look no further than Weather Widget UK Pro.
Had ro force close
I might have to uninstall this app because I restarted my computer and I could clear the weather app off the screen. It kept popping out of the dock and filling the screen after closing it ten times already. I did everything I could to keep it in dock or just press x but nothing worked, even after restart.
An excellent DeskTop weather app
Only one monor gripe, and certainly not a showstopper, but it would be nice to be able to open the longer range froecast and get access to alternate locations by clicking on the app's open panel rather than having to click on the dock icon.
Apart from that, it is first class.
