Ratings and Reviews
Still fails to deliver
Despite the previous poor review I decided to upgrade from the free version to the full version. I wanted the BMI and IBM features. However the upgrades seemed to be flawed as the only additional feature unlocked was the “Set Goal” - the BMI and IBM features still did nothing. There seems to be no export function. I can keep my existing data in the lite version, or lose it all in the full version. As the previous reviewer indicated, at some point you just give up and ask for your money back. Which is what I am now doing. I will revert to the Lite version, for now.
Needs a lot of work to optimise it
Very disappointed for the price - I’d have been happier with a much lower price bearing in mind the multiple tweaks that this product requires to make it user friendly. It’s not that intuitive to use compared to other apps I have tried. The screen window does not maximise so you cannot see the full date on the graphs. It tells me that it cannot calculate my BMI as not enough data (despite me having completed the personal info section). I have tried to input two weights from this week (I have lost 4 pounds) and it tells me I have gained 166 pounds (which is what I weigh)?! The birthdate calendar moves in one month increments and starts in the 1980’s - so as an early 70’s child I would have to scroll through 10 years by month (although you can type the date in directly - but then what’s the point of the calendar?). As a UK user I would like to see stones and pounds as units - not just pounds - meaning I have to sit here with a calculator to use the app. Screen layout is quite good - everthing is in one place - but it just feels that it was rushed to market without thorough testing. Worst of all I have to waste my time telling the developer via this review what needs to happen to improve the product (and I realy can’t be bothered to detail the multiple other issues) - so all-in-all I’m not a happy bunny...
