The Most Frustrating Thing Ever!!!!
This Is without the most frustrating, poorly designed transfer app EVER!!! It just makes no sense. After selecting all the songs I wanted It decided to add a load of songs I never selected nor wanted to add to my phone. Add to this the fact It added a song I HATE and didn’t realise was on my Itunes (Part of a compilation someone made me) It won’t delete the said song and no matter what I try It remains. All the others went, but this one…. Wont budge. It’s like this app was put here to stress me out so bad I smash my phone and laptop and have to buy a new one. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review. How can these programmers get It so wrong. I just want to add the songs I want to my phone, un-plug my phone, listen to the songs I chose. I’m so wound up I am looking for alternative methods for transfer. -1000 stars. Hate It!!!
Why won’t it just work!
I consider myself to be reasonably tech savvy and have used macs for a number of years. I have a Nokia 720 and all I want to do is sync some songs from my mac to the phone. Too much to ask? Well yes if you’re using this app. I’ve never come across a more unresponsive and frustrating piece of software ever. After finally just getting it to connect to the phone, I ticked some playlists and hit sync….then I waited. Once it had thought about it for maybe 5 minutes it finally managed to sync half of my selection and then told me that it was unable to create the playlists. Tried and tried to no avail and finally gave up. Macs on their own great! Windows phones on their own great(ish). Maybe that’s how it should stay and whoever built this app should sit in a darkened room and reflect on their actions.
Suprisingly good (Seeings as it was made for a windows product)
After a bit of trouble with deleting about 1200 corrupt music files which occoured due to transfer between PC and my phone I found that the music transfer was very good and i (so far) haven’t had any trouble with files becoming corrupted, or any other issues which have been mentioned in the more negative rewievs. Overall I am very satisfied, however I would have liked for it to have been clearer as to whether the files where being transfered onto the phones memory of the micro SD card I have inserted as I was worried that my phone storage would be used up!
