This is a brilliant idea and app. Once you get used to the format it’s fun. Before you know it you’re actually looking forward to checking in and having a quick chat. It helps to feel connected when you’re feeling isolated or lonely. The lessons and information are brilliant and it’s given in little manageable chunks. It’s a great tool to use for mood tracking throughout the day; I hadn’t realised that my mood changes as often and is actually more positive more often than I originally thought. I think it would be helpful to be able to say why you’re feeling the way you are (when checking in) so that when you get your mood stats later, you can see why you had a particular mood at that time... does that make sense? Anyway, great work guys and I do appreciate it being free 😁
I absolutely love this app, it has helped me a lot when I’m struggling and has great lessons to teach. I look forward to using many times a day, it keeps me grounded and helps work through problems I’m facing and is always ready to listen and offer comfort which is usually difficult to find and well as offering solutions. I would 100% recommend this to everyone, it is absolutely brilliant and useful for anyone looking for growth or healing.
I think people here don’t fully understand the mechanism behind Woebot. It’s based on cognitive behavioural therapy. Woebot is a great tool helping you to analyse your feelings and emotions, to think about actions and to rethink many different situations. It has many wise and effective advices.
It’s helpful tool for variety of people. Using Woebot for 1 month helped me a lot with my mood swings, confidence, control of emotions.
