This is a fantastic game I play it all the time, however my rant isn’t about spare parts, but is about the price WG charge for premium tanks. one tank at tier 8 for example the IS 6 costs about £25 it is a good tank, but is not worth £25, the 2017 Blitzfair was atrocious, for both prizes and crates, now that being said the game is probably better than 1 star, however WG are just constantly raising their prices, so for anyone playing this game who doesn’t want to pay is seriously hindered, I would like to see the: pricing changed, purely because it is too expensive for “free-to-play” players and they struggle to make credits past tier 7 consistently due to higher shell costs and maintenance of the tank,I would also like to see an increase in tanks, though this isn’t nearly as important as the pricing, again, don’t get me wrong I love this game and have spent money on it but I really would love to see this game last a long time and if WG continue to power-creep their tanks and increase prices for mediocre tanks, the game, simply, will not last, but download if you haven’t it is a very good game and fun if you like multiplayer or even single player, I would definetly recommend it if all of these prior mentioned issues are fixed, have fun guys :)

About the paid content

I have been playing this game on and off for 6 years, I just love it. Sometimes updates would bring not pleasant changes to the controls, but it would be fixed with the other update. I managed to enjoy this game without spending great amount of money. I remember, I bought one tank once, because I was curious about the difference of the tank for cash vs free tank. Well, I didn’t think it was worth it, so I kept playing without spending. I have managed to accumulate gold for watching videos and bought few tanks with it, which was great. My rating is over 60%, I play occasionally, frequently deleting this game, as it is too addictive and time consuming. It´s great that such high quality games are available for free.
BTW I decided to write this review after reading titles, like “Rigged to get you spend money”. In my opinion, this type of reviews is nowhere close to the truth. First, you have to keep in mind, that this game has to be profitable somehow, as it costs to make it. Second point is, you can get your elite tanks for free, if you are patient enough. And the last, you can still enjoy playing and winning more then half of the times with free tanks.

Matchmaking

This game deserved a 5 star rating, but the developers seem to totally and arrogantly ignore all the complaints on matchmaking issues, and instead they come up with stupid standard phrases like “We are sorry you feel that…blah blah blah” Why don’t you just fix this massive problem? Do you lack competent people in your company? Answer: There is no place to address the matchmaking problem. This tell us that you are not taking this serious. And there is no improvement what so ever on matchmaking. Your support says that the matchmaking is based solely on tanks. While it doesn’t even seem right, the matchmaking is extremely poor, this is based on poor players performance destroying the game for more experienced players. More than three quarters of my losses is due to players who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. In tier 10! This is easy to fix if you just put some effort into it. Reply: Ok - so when it says “Matching players” this is highly incorrect - you are just matching tanks(?) At least you should change that text please. Also - let your whole team know this, because some of you will say that you work on the matchmaking. In fact there are no matchmaking for players at all - only tank-matching. Correct? Please make it clear that you have no intentions to actually make matchmaking of players…(?)
So - even worse is it that you decide to not tell the truth about matchmaking to us who play the game

Teams are formed according to the balance of the vehicles. Personal players' statistics are not taken into account.
With such matching, the teams have an equal chance of winning and the result of the battle depends only on the actions of the players and the coherence of the team.
If you want to play with players of approximately the same skill level, you can play rating battles.
