Best app ever!

I have a large family back in Africa and I often send money ( from school fees to funerals etc). I am also very busy with time so can’t afford to walk to Dahabshiil offices (inconvenient) and before this app I used to be late with any request from anyone. Now any time, any day with finger tip, I can send without breaking a sweat! The rate is also very good and unbeatable. Your transaction is kept up to date. This has revolutionised sending back home. Ever since I’ve found out, I have told all my friends and family and they are forever grateful to WorldRemit. May Allah bless this service for the humble brother who established it.

Use website first


I downloaded the app and followed all the instructions that I was given hoping for a successful transaction but unfortunately my transaction cancelled and my account was disabled. I emailed customer service asking why and I was told it was because they didn’t have my I.D. The app never asked for it, I was surprise they didn’t ask for it at first, and it wasn’t my fault. They could have easily ask me to send my document by email instead of blocking my account and transaction. So make sure to use the website first before using the app because I think the website ask for your documents or your money could get stuck.

This app is very useful


This app is very useful and really impressive. I use it everyday and long gone are those days that you had to walk to a western union agent and pay hefty fees. it has really helped me when sending money abroad to my front,family and even my business it's so convenience just a couple of press of a button and the transaction is all done.
