The wuntu app is great but definitely room for improvement
At the start when I first got the app it was okay however now it's boring and I feel as if it can be massively improved but having more maybe chocolate packages such as handy candy 2 a month to enjoy as adults have been at work all day and just want to enjoy the chocolate every now and then also you could make the time earlier for the update at more like 8am not 9am onwards because that is very irritating and please make it more interest maybe have a free make up give away for all ages it's what every girl wants you could make it for high school children to after all we are still three customers and you could have more free offers on chocolate and make up local offers my nearest hotel chocolate is in Norwich I live ages away from that so it is hard to get free chocolate the app could include free make up from boots it would be nice to include brands such as McDonald's and KFC as they are everywhere please change the app it's only getting worse than it was and make it more high school and adult freidly as a 14 year old it would be nice to have more to offer to us also you could have maybe a specific section for teenagers and a specific section for adults so that there is offers for both generations
Please make the app better as I am thinking of leaving as there is nothing good to over please have better offers thank you
Wuntu fine when it works. Wuntu customer services complete cr*p!
The wuntu app is the only thing keeping me from moving to another provider. Last Wednesday the app requested me to register my phone number after I had saved the offers. I then had a problem with the app. The wuntu chat line operator suggested I delete and reinstall the app which I did. I then went into the wantu wallet and none of my saved offers were there. When I tried to re-save the offers I got a red warning telling me that I had already saved this offer. When I went back to the chat line to see what I was to do they did not know what to do and could not suggest anything. They suggested deleting and reinstalling the app but I think that was more to get me off the line rather than because they knew this solution would work. I have rung customer services and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I went into the three shop and they told me they could not help me. They offered numerous explanations as to what the problem was and why they could not help me which amounted to, ‘the wuntu app was not designed by three and therefore they could not help’. There was no offer to take ‘ownership’ of the problem and take it up with someone who could help at a higher level in three. I am thoroughly appalled at the lack of customer service at three and have so far not felt that anyone was interested in ‘making it right’!

I’m not one to complain about free stuff and money off deals. Although, most of the time, I only use one thing per week IF that. Costa and rakuten tv are the only two things I can use, and if not rakuten, it’s not difficult to watch most of those movies for free online. The most annoying thing is how inaccessible most of the offers are. Cineworld is quite far from me and certainly not the closest cinema and all of the restaurants are just a ridiculous distance. And the Domino’s offer would be great if it wasn’t so short. Each Wednesday when the offers update featuring them, the Domino’s offer only lasts a day and I can’t get it on that day. People work ya know.
I do like getting my coffee for a cheaper price though, whenever I can. What’s annoying is again, it sometimes doesn’t last for enough time for you to actually get it but most of the time, I’ve been able to get my fix.
Also, I went though the whole process of figuring out my interests in order to get offers more suiting to me. Nope. Most of the offers aren’t interesting or useful to me. I’m a lady who doesn’t need a men’s razor set and as much as I’d love to, I don’t travel very often because it still costs a lot of money so that was pointless.
